Backordered Items

In the event an item in the online store is out of stock, but you have the ability to purchase the item on backorder. This means that the item can be custom made. Please allow four (4) weeks for your item(s) to be completed. Once your item(s) is completed, it will be shipped to the address you entered at checkout.

Custom Orders

ALL custom orders will require a 50% deposit prior to start of work. An invoice will be emailed to you for the initial 50% deposit. Once the deposit has been received, work will begin on your custom order. Before the custom order is shipped to you, you will be invoiced for the remaining balance of your order total.

Your order will be shipped to you once your order has been paid in full.

Items Damaged Upon Arrival

Items are wrapped and shipped with materials and care to help they arrive undamaged, but in the event you receive an item that arrives damaged, please contact The Encouraging Creative by completing the Contact Form. Include in the contact form your order number and the reason for your desired return.

You will be contacted by email with the next steps to process your request.

Wholesale

Yes, The Encouraging Creative is interested in selling wholesale to retail businesses. If you are interested in purchasing items wholesale from The Encouraging Creative, please send an inquiry through the contact form and a representative will be in touch with you, through email, within 48 hours. Please note: Some items may not be available for wholesale.

If you are in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and would like to request a person to deliver your order to your location, you may certainly do so. Delivery charges will be determined based on the size of your order and distance of delivery and then added to you order total. Delivery charges will be discussed before beginning work on your order.

If you prefer to have your order shipped to you, shipping prices will be quoted to you prior to the start of your order.
